Mr. Greenberg’s practice spans many areas of the law including commercial litigation and transactions, probate/family dispute litigation, guardianship matters, estate administration and litigation.

He has been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey Chancery Division & Law Division as follows: Administrator of Estates, Special Fiscal Agent, Receiver, Rent Receiver, Presiding Condemnation Commissioner, Trustee, Attorney for Incapacitated Persons and Guardian, and Guardian ad Litem of Elderly Persons, the infirm, and persons with various physical, psychological, emotional, and developmental disabilities.

Mr. Greenberg has been included in the New Jersey Super Lawyers®1 list published by Thomson Reuters for each year 2006 through 2012, Business Litigation. He has also been included in the list of AV-rated attorneys published by Martindale-Hubbell®1 for more than 30 years.
